Cohen Law Firm, PLLC is a multi-focused law firm serving individuals and businesses with a unique focus on work with dentists and dental specialists including General Dentists, Orthodontists, Periodontists, Endodontists, Pediatric Dentists, Prosthodontists, and Oral Surgeons.
We are privileged to serve the legal needs of local, regional, national dentists and specialists, as well as entrepreneurs and business owners. We provide personalized services to every client and serve their diverse needs, whether in purchasing or selling their practice, bringing in an associate, becoming an associate, incorporating their business, purchasing or selling a building, or leasing a building.

David Cohen has extensive experience in representing individuals, mid-size corporations and small-size corporations in partnership and limited liability company law. He regularly counsels clients ranging from start-up ventures to large companies to nonprofit/charitable tax exempt organizations and professional corporations.
Mr. Cohen also has expertise in contract negotiation, review and construction. He also takes a proactive approach for clients by regularly constructing Non-Disclosure Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Non-Compete Agreements.
Mr. Cohen’s experience extends to the labor and employment realm, where he consistently advises employers about their relationships with their employees and independent contractors, as well as creates legally binding agreements documenting the details of those relationships.
Liam Krahe
Area of Focus
Real Estate, Corporate, Financing, Tax, General Business Transactions, and General Contract Review and Negotiation
Liam Krahe has extensive experience representing clients in complex real estate and corporate transactions. He regularly advises clients on commercial lease transactions, including lease negotiation and workouts, and in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of real estate. He also advises clients on matters related to joint venture formation and structuring and the real estate components of corporate mergers, acquisitions, and dissolutions.
Prior to joining Cohen Law Firm, Liam served as in-house counsel for a national real estate development and investment firm and as an attorney at a national law firm based in Miami, Florida, where he represented national and international developers, lenders, owners, and tenants in all aspects of real estate and corporate matters.

Zoha Aseem

Zoha Aseem is experienced in corporate commercial transactions and regularly advises clients with acquisitions and joint ventures. She assists clients with company formation, corporate structuring, and corporate governance matters. Zoha also has expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
Prior to joining Cohen Law Firm, Zoha was representing multinational corporate clients and advising on international transactions and operations. She also served as in-house counsel for an international retailer and managed contractual matters.

Yvonne Love

Yvonne Love has extensive experience representing clients in partnership, limited liability company law and corporate law. She regularly advises clients in planning, negotiating, and documenting business organizations, mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Cohen Law Firm, Ms. Love represented and advised individuals and entities in a range of areas, including commercial and real estate litigation, commercial transactions, employment law, and tort matters. Ms. Love’s clients ranged from small entrepreneurs to large institutions who manage and operate nursing homes, restaurants, manufacturing companies, distributors, professional service companies, multi-family housing and other industry sectors.
Ms. Love’s experience extends to matters arising out of the purchase and sale of businesses, partnership and corporate dissolution actions, commercial lease disputes, and cases involving employment agreements and enforcement of non-compete clauses.

Armond Faris

He has represented both sellers and buyers in varied business mergers and acquisitions. Armond has extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
Prior to joining Cohen Law Firm, Armond represented individuals and corporations in complex commercial litigation. His focuses centered on business disputes, class actions, consumer fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, antitrust law, legal malpractice, and appeals.

Ashley Wedding

Ashley Wedding represents clients in both business and real estate transactional matters. Her experience includes the formation of business entities, corporate governance, business structuring, the purchase and sale of businesses and business assets. Ms. Wedding also works with clients on real estate matters including leases, purchase and sales and real estate financing.
Prior to joining Cohen Law Firm, Ms. Wedding represented individuals, corporations and large institutions in business and real estate transactional and litigation matters, including advising and representing clients in transactional and litigation matters involving California’s complex labor and employment laws.
Ms. Wedding is focused on helping clients meet their strategic goals by providing proactive advice and counsel to business owners on all phases of business development and delivering exceptional results.

Mary Petroni has experience in client relations and works with our lawyers to ensure a consistent focus on personalized client services. Mary also assists in marketing and communication initiatives for the firm and is responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and delivering communications generated by Cohen Law Firm through the appropriate channels.
Prior to joining Cohen Law Firm, Mary held positions in sales, marketing, and client relations at both nonprofit organizations and financial corporations. She is dedicated to a client-focused approach and committed to dependable service.

Vanessa Vives
Area of Focus
Paralegal
Vanessa is a certified paralegal and provides strategic support to Cohen Law Firm’s attorneys in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including facilitating closings for the acquisition and disposition of property, loan transactions, and leases; reviewing term sheets and letters of intent, due diligence materials, title commitments and title-related documents, and surveys; preparing closing binders and checklists for the acquisition and disposition of property, loans, and leases. Additionally, Vanessa assists Cohen Law Firm’s attorneys in preparing governing documents for joint ventures and other investment or ownership vehicles.
Prior to joining Cohen Law Firm, Vanessa worked as a paralegal for a law firm based in South Florida where she assisted attorneys in complex commercial transactions and litigation.
