Angel Shah is a corporate and transactional attorney with extensive experience advising clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, contract negotiations, labor and employment, regulatory compliance, and real estate matters. Angel has represented a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, private equity firms, startups, limited liability companies, partnerships, and individuals. Angel provides pragmatic and business-minded representation to his clients, making sure that his client’s interests are adequately protected, while also ensuring that transactions close in a timely and efficient manner.
Prior to joining Cohen Law, Angel worked at renowned boutique law firm advising sophisticated clients on M&A, general corporate, and real estate matters. Angel also worked at an international law firm advising public companies, multinational corporations, institutional investors, and private equity firms in connection with transactional and M&A matters. Prior to law school, Angel worked in the healthcare industry.
